The Daintree
Tropical Rainforest is an international treasure. This is where
our world’s most ancient tropical rainforest meets the spectacular
Great Barrier Reef. "Where the Rainforest meets the Reef"
is more than just a catchphrase to describe the incredible experience
of a visit to the Daintree - it is an environmental truth. These
two systems are interlocked. Our work to save the Daintree Tropical
Rainforest from urbanization protects these two irreplaceable gems
of Australia's far northeast Coral Coast.

Our Mission at the Daintree Rainforest Land Trust:

on our threatened species and ancient cultures.
